Fit Fueling Foods

Often times, food seems to be such a struggle for people wanting to live healthier. It doesn't have to be. Why diet? Especially, when the first three letters in the word is "d-i-e."  It's all about burning more than what you consume.  How do you know how much you consume to what you have burned? WRITE IT DOWN!  Or, there are some apps that make it so easy and the apps do a lot of the work for you. 

Take My Fitness Pal (www.myfitnesspal.com).  I've come to really like this site/app.  It is easy, you can also scan the bar code on those chips you grab at the gas station.  You can also have a support network with your friends. Years ago, when I started the first part of my journey, I decided to really pay attention to what was going in my mouth.  WOW!  What a difference it made.  

Changes in what we eat do not have to be drastic, just simple changes.
